Our first stop is Mot Hana Eopsi, a studio dedicated to woodworking.

As its Korean name suggests—literally, “without a single nail”—the studio offers an opportunity to discover the craftsmanship of fitting and joining pieces of wood without relying on nails.

Feeling the natural grain of the wood and experiencing the process of turning raw material into a finished object makes this completely different from ordinary souvenir shopping. Take a break from fast-paced travel and slow down to make something with your own hands.
